Existing digital and robotic systems will be used in everyday clinical practice to investigate the extent to which nurses can be relieved of workload when simple tasks unrelated to nursing are taken over or certain tasks are digitally delegated.

To this end, inhibiting and facilitating factors, the behavior and experience of patients and caregivers, as well as the perceived workload relief on the part of the caregivers will be examined. The focus is on the first clinical use of these new technologies and their adaptation to the requirements of a hospital.
